Darrell and Virgil, I just want to say that your podcast has been a major factor in me understanding the error of my thinking on some things. As a Christian I knew these divisive racial narratives didn’t sit right, but it’s hard to figure things out when you’re surrounded by people, including your pastor, who are all about this and keep emphasizing it’s a ‘gospel issue’. This current national reaction to the George Floyd killing is really making it clear just how many are caught up in this. We know what to expect from celebrities and media, but Christian friends, church leadership, Christians with large platforms… they all, unanimously (it seems) believe that black and white people are not at all the same in God’s eyes, and that somehow that’s not the very racism they claim to disparage. I know you are tired of having to address race related things but thank you so much for doing so because seemingly no else is in the way you are.
Thank you so much! Keep up the good fight!
Thank you from south Africa.
This has governed our lives forever in this country.
God bless
Thank you for your time, effort & clarity with the George Floyd matter. Our pastors both black & white went ballistic with their apologies.
oh my goodness!!!! This was unbelievable!!! thanks so much!!! I pray the Lord blesses you greatly for your work!!! you bless and help so many!!!
Thank you for insight from God’s word. We need a revival of truth. I am a believer, husband, father and grandfather, brother and a white peace officer in a rural part of the country. It breaks my heart that we still look at each other from a point of view where color is our first consideration…before we think or speak. Thanks for pointing us back to Christ. I pray for wisdom, justice, healing, and a joining together of believers in the truth of God’s word, and the salvation of our fellow citizens from the sin that brings us in conflict with God and each other. Thanks again, and God bless you and yours…I have subscribed to one other podcast which I seldom listen to, but you have a new subscriber.

Finally, capable exposition from two men who insist on God’s word to make straight the path to the most important event in world history. The cross of Jesus Christ and the redemption of all men and women.
This podcast was shared with me by a sister in Christ. It is like Inhaling life through the word. Thank you for clinging to the timeless truth that is ours in Gods word. Thank you for reminding us we are not of this world and we should see things differently than the world.
Gods sovereignty, oh the precious peace knowing that truth!
Thank you Lord! Finally someone sees the truth. Its not about the person it’s about there heart. We only have one hope the changing and renewing power of Jesus! Thankyou and Bless you brothers in Jesus name.
Thank you!! It was refreshing to hear truth when the world is screaming a different narrative.
Wow! And this is one of the reasons I love my brothers {in Christ} so much. They do not let skin color, or culture, blind them to the truth that is in God’s word. They look at everything thru a Biblical lens, & continually urge & teach us to do the same. May God continue to bless their ministry. Soli Deo Gloria 🙌
Gentlemen,
This was outstanding!! I don’t normally respond to blogs, Facebook posts (don’t even have a Facebook account yet, nor a Twitter account yet), but this was not only well spoken, but REFRESHING!
I’ve talked to myself constantly that you can’t solve spiritual problems with social justice methods. I guess I’m half way venting because so many fellow Christians that I know and/or see have taken on the worldly form of responding to this situation.
As a christian first, then a black man, I found this pod cast well needed.
Blessings to you both.
EJ
Thank you for this unscripted episode in trying to get christians to be coherently biblical of their view of this tragic event.
Thank you both for being strong men of God and the light on the hill while the world embraces darkness. Each human being is an image bearer of God – a beautiful truth to be reminded of today. I’m sharing this podcast on my social media in hope that it helps others to refocus on the hope we have in Christ Jesus.
Wow ! This podcast was unbelievable good. Very very well done, biblical through and through.
Thank you for sharing the truth! As a sinner saved by grace, I am constantly telling & reminding believers it’s a heart problem, not a brain problem.
Mark 1:14-15 NASB
[14] Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, [15] and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”
I felt like you guys just dug into my head and unscrambled so many thoughts from this past week and put them into a beautiful, cohesive message, then added some stuff I didn’t even think about. Now I need to listen to all of your podcasts. Thank you for being bold enough to say what isn’t popular but what is right. As a white woman I’ve been under a whole lot of pressure to go along with the narrative or else be labeled a racist, I’ve lost a few friends when I have spoken out, and after hearing so many statements all week that were exactly opposite what I knew in my heart, I started to think that maybe I was wrong. Thank you so much for reaffirming the truth in my heart and bolstering my courage. God’s word is always right even when it’s rejected, and we can never forget that. You even highlighted some areas in my life that I need to fix. But yes, if people would just read the Bible they purport to follow and take it for what it says, how much more powerful our testimonies would be! “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes!”
Finally, capable exposition from two men who insist on God’s word to make straight the path to the most important event in world history. The cross of Jesus Christ and the redemption of all men and women.
This was an excellent podcast, thank you for giving a wonderful, biblical, Christ centered perspective and hearing it from the viewpoint of black brothers in the Lord. It’s good that I don’t have to feel white privileged guilt as I have freedom in Jesus. This was one of the best Christ centered podcasts I’ve listened to and what a timely message in all that’s going on around us. Thank you! ps. I hate that we are the only races in the world identified by a color.
Thank you for your wisdom from God.
thank you GOD for these siblings here directing us to THE LORD JESUS
bros thank you very much in advancing in this calling of GOD
GOD’s peace, grace, mercy, love, faith n hope fill us always 🙏 💒 💯
First I want to thank Justin Peters Ministries for telling me about your podcast. Second your podcast is like a cup of cold water to a thirsty soul! I am so proud to call you my brothers in Christ! I have been thinking to myself exactly what you said, ALL lives matter with God, He is no respecter of persons. Christ saved jew AND gentile, men and women, ALL melanin levels! The gospel is the ONLY solution to racism! We all have the virus of sin and everyone will die someday and face either God’s loving face or his wrath. The SBC should have put out a one page statement they should have printed the gospel and stated that that is the ONLY solution to what we all need as sinners. Thank you again, I will be listening to your podcast now. Can’t wait for your assurance episode cause that is what I need TODAY!
Thank you so much for the kind words.
You guys nailed it. It’s good to hear true believers.
God bless you and your work. The issue is definitely the heart and not the colour of our skin.
Thank you

Thank you for listening!
It’s all about division, and keep on reminding you of the difference’s. I am a Jewish believer in Christ, and even now the division in the middle East is because of difference. Was it because of slavery? Building the pyramids? In the second world war when we’re put in the gas chambers was it because we were slaves, no. It is a division thing. In England we have a class system, the poor are treated the same, with the stop and search stuff by the police. But on the other hand we all as working class live next to each other and know each other and get on with eachother, being from Nigeria , Brazil, Sierra Leone Russia and many other nations. We all share food and help each other. When things go wrong. The trouble is we are all so media led and we don’t even notice. I thank Justin peters for introducing me to, two such Bible believing brother”s in Christ. God bless you.
Thank you soooooo very much for speaking about this issue. I usually listen to Justin Peters and he recommended on his youtube to listen ro your podcast. Many thanks to God fir the qisdom you’vew shared.
Thank you for reminding us that we all need God. The Love of God, Jesus. May we repent & that will bring us together. God please forgive us for not loving you more in our hearts. You are the only way ! Please love your brothers & sisters in Christ. Amen.
This was a breath of fresh air. I’ve had to delete most of the people from my social media because they all call for justice that will not come in this world. What was done was wrong but we sin everyday. Even those rioters. Vengeance is mine sayeth the LORD. I am so sick I could scream. Yes, I agree that black lives matter but then every life matters. It seems to me if everyone around the globe is acting like they knew the man. Like they have some right to be indignant. So they loot and hurt other people. I refuse to apologize for anything I didn’t do. They may get an apology from God or the justice they are crying for.
Thank you for making this podcast. It is good to feel that I am not being insensitive when it comes to this issue. If we are in Christ Jesus then God loves us all. This is yet another example of lost people doing lost things. Thanks again. God Bless you.
I agree with you 100%. I work with special education students all ethnicities. I see brokenness and need for gospel. I do not agree with apologizing because it makes no difference and my students are still broken and perishing. They are sinful and need the good news that Jesus died and rose for their sins. Thank you for clarifying this especially for visible church that is chasing after world ideology. God Bless!!!
Heartfelt thanks to you both for this broadcast. This was great. All truth and very encouraging. I would like to know if you guys have watched the documentary, “The 13th” and, if so, what your thoughts are on it.
Thanks again.
Dear Darrell & Virgil,
Thank you so much for your Biblical perspective. Your faithfulness to God’s word is refreshing. Thank you for teaching us that the gospel is the only solution because the issues in our world are heart issues because we are all sinners in need of a Saviour. May God be merciful to us.
Praying that God would continue to bless your ministry and that God would use your podcast to reach many with the Gospel!

Christian politicians need to hear this!
This was an excellent discussion. I get mad at the presumptive nature of the black lives matter movement. You really shined a lightt on that for me, in where my anger comew from, in a sense. It most definitely is a matter of the heart and sin. I will be following to listen to other issues in the future.
Thank you for this from Matamata, New Zealand. We just get what the mainstream media feeds us, which is pretty much what your media tells you. Absolutely zero room for any Christian viewpoint. This was awesome!
Wow! Thank you for preaching truth my brothers in Christ! This needs to be shared to the masses! Praying God will use this conversation to heal and educate our nation!
Thank you, this is so awesome!
Thank you, thank you, thank you for using the word REPENT and calling us to it! It is a word and concept that is rarely heard in the church any more.
I am praising God that he used your words to pierce my heart.
Wow, you put into words my thoughts from earlier today. I will be a regular follower going forward because of your focus on Christ and the word.
Excellent podcast ! Well said gentlemen ! Thanks to Justin Peters Ministry for the link to your podcast. I appreciate your comments on the truth here— sin is the problem (for us all). Not ethnicity. It Is a heart problem as scripture tells us. Everything else is a smoke screen to what happened. The only thing I didn’t hear you talk about was God’s sovereign power in this event of Mr. Floyd. For whatever reason and His purpose in this– God allowed this to happen and may have even orchestrated it– as to bring further change to His people ??? * Note: you did talk about this briefly at the end of this podcast. Thank you
Thank you. For a wonderful words of wisdom from Heavenly Father.
Goodmorning, my name is Lisette.
Thank you from The Netherlands
Dawain Atkinson I knew I recognized your name. God bless you brother, I watched your interview with Doreen Virtue a while back and really enjoyed it. I am reformed also and am so excited I found this podcast as well. Blessings to you.
Hi there! Yes this is Dawain! Thank you for your kind words and I am glad you Just Thinking. I am proud to be apart of this team.
Thank you. That was a God given wisdom. So glad for Justin Peters. I never heard of you before he mentioned you
Praise the Lord and thank you brothers for faithfully speaking the Truth! I will be sharing this link with my brothers and sisters in Christ.
Hello – to all who’ve been blessed by this podcast, to its creators as well as listeners, to all brothers and sisters in Christ – with love from the Czech republic.
I have stumbled upon this thanks to Justin Peters and his ministry on YouTube. And I thank the Lord for him and for you brothers. I truly believe you are doing His work, by His power, through His Spirit, for His Kingdom and ultimately for His Glory! You are an inspiration and an encouragement to us all. Thank you. God bless you and keep you. Amen.
(If you are wondering why I would listen – not being an american citizen… As a fellow citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven, I am watching world events, Biblical prophecy being unfolded and fulfilled before our eyes as the end times (the very end days of the end times) are quickly approaching, eagerly awaiting the comming of our Lord Jesus Christ.)
Thank you for this great podcast on a subject that is not so easy at the moment. Clear and biblical is the only way to look at all things, even here in Finland we have pastors and churches that go with the BLM and social justice view. Even ao far away as here we are divided by social justice view and us who look things thru the Bible are called racists by other believers… Thank you so much and may God bless you and your ministry.
With love from Finland
Wow!!I loved your podcast and am blessed to hear the truth been spoken out. Well done young men. Keep up the good work 😀
So much truth proclaimed here. The gospel is the cure for the sinful, broken heart. Thank you gentlemen for bringing clarity from God’s word to bear on what we see unfolding. May God continue to bless this ministry.
I saw a picture of George
Floyd holding a bible up while evangelizing so he might have been a Christian, yet they said that they found drugs in his system. If that is not fake news?
Really fine podcast thanks
Thank you both for such a great discussion, especially for making much of “image bearers of God” and also the problem of the heart in person. God bless your ministries.
